I recently moved my 82-year-old Mother from Florida to live with us. She loves sitting on the back patio and watching TV. We are enjoying it.

Tv is ok, remote issues make it almost unusable

Home button doesnt work, the microphone button doesnt work. Im going to attempt to remedy w bestbuy w out having to return the entire tv (it was bought for my father who doesnt live w me and would be a hassle to return). If best buy cant help, Ill purchase a new remote. Hoping thats the easy solution and its not a problem internally w the tv…
