    The TV works beautifully, but it was missing the screws to attach the base. When I notified Best Buy, they were not concerned, but told me to lug the TV back to the store for another one or buy some screws at any hardware store.

    Give this brand a try… we’ve never had an issue. It’s excellent for price point. Best Buy no longer gives points if you don’t use their credit card. I’ll be buying from other places from now on due to this final straw with this company and things that have happened.
