non smart tv

The controller feels like it could be of better quality though, and I wish it had buttons (power, volume, etc) on the actual tv in case the controller breaks

You have to look around to find them. When you locate them, you have to wait until they finish with others. I finally was able to speak with 3 staff persons.Finally, I got one to focus in on me ONLY. After my merchandise choice was made, all went well.

Insignia Brand

I have found their products to last as long as other more expensive brands. No issues with this purchase.

Also the store required masks & had sanitizer for customers when I went in to request my purchase. It was very helpful & safe because they made it safer for employees & customers. I've always had a good experience with Best Buy. Thanks for helping keep us safe.
