Just what I needed

Took the old power supply to best buy & had the Geek Squad check it. They said it was ok & asked me to bring the computer & they would check the motherboard. I opt to buy a new power supply instead. That is all I needed. Not a motherboard.

Affordable and reliable replacement

Will work in most any store bought computer, but would not recommend it for a high end system, such as gaming or video production. The good: Plenty of plugs, more then enough for most computers. Standard ATX design The bad: The fan was a bit noisy, but not that noticeable with other noise in the area. This would only be a problem with an HTPC.

Very good power supply replacement

The installation took about 15 to 20 minutes. It's been about a little over a month since installing the power supply. The product has been great with no problems.
