Great Picture, easy to set up, the price was great! Love it

This was a great purchase for a TV for our patio. We wanted to be able to sit out and enjoy the weather and still watch our TV. This is great as we don't have to use a FireStick and have yet another wire/cable/plug. It weighs very little as well.

This Is my first streaming TV. I'm not a fan of streaming but love the TV. The biggest one I've ever owned and like It. Really nice picture. I'm glad I didn't go bigger though. The room size makes a difference. To big Is to big! All In all a great experience and good job Best Buy. Fast easy transaction. Great TV.

Simple set up, easy to use and great picture quality

I purchased this item for my son for his birthday. He likes it very much. It is a bit larger than his previous tv. He loves to play the newest version of the Xbox on it. Not to mention receiving a free Echo Dot with it made it the purchase even better.

So far so good!! I haven’t really had time to get to know my new TV but the little bit that I have used it I enjoy it. Of course, you do need to be an Amazon Customer to enjoy all of it's benefits. It was super easy to hook up to cable and DVD player too.

We definitely purchase all smart items now (along with other features). This smart TV is a replacement for another one that had a flickering issue. The smart/fire TV provides you the options to use cable and/or streaming features. This is a great option!.

After not receiving my first order BEST BUY sent me an instant replacement which i received today. I must say that it is a very good bedroom tv. Very clear picture, good audio and great apps. I have no regrets. Thanks to BEST BUY for their great customer service after the first order went missing.

My only complaint is that when I click a button on the remote, there’s a slight lag from remote to TV, but I can live with it. The picture quality is amazing & I’m happy with my purchase. Bought it on sale!

Very good tv for the price! My wife and I purchased this TV for our bedroom because we are cord cutting and we enjoy it. Good sound, good picture and great as a secondary television.

Good picture good sound , only thing is after 6 months it got a little laggy. Maybe a 5 second delay on clicking on stuff. All software is kept up to date

Both products are as expected. The range is simple yet featured enough to be versatile with an easy steam clean function. The refrigerator is sizeable and easy to use. The biggest surprise was how good the Best Buy install team was. Ran a water line and everything, working in a tight place. Excellent crew.

Decided to read the instructions only to find that it took under 3 minutes! LOVE my TV! I get wonderful reception, everything was packaged so well and easy to get out of the box too. I still haven't seen all the features but I am more than happy and THAT keeps me coming back to Best Buy!

This tv is absolutely perfect for my childs room; not only is it the perfect size, but its also an easy format that they are able to work it on their own.Plus i enjoy the kids safety features that the smart tv offers so i never have to worry about anything inappropriate being accessed.

A little thick, but well worth the sales price. Love speaking into my remote and telling the tv what to do. So awesome to pay using rewards points. Good clean picture. Use this TV in my garage for youtube videos on how to work on my car.

So far, this has been a great tv. I use FireTV devices and FireTV recast DVR instead of cable, so this was a perfect choice for me. The TV starts up almost instantly and the picture is bright and crisp. The sound quality is good but not great. I may invest in a sound bar.
