Operating platform is a bit clunky. picture quality is decent but difficult to adjust and balance. Remote has limited functional capabilities. No numbers to broadcast channels directly. Use a universal remote. I use my Roku box on hdmi input. Free month of fubo tv is nice but halts streaming quite frequently, not a very good streaming service. Other apps have similar issues. I only use my bose solo speaker. The sound quality is fair. Bluetooth works easily and pairs quickly.

We bought a few of these for adjoining rooms and the remotes control all TVs at once. Very frustrating. If you only need one TV, this would work for you.

We are using it in our lobby to show videos to clients and market our company. It has a great picture and for the price it really could not be beat. I wish we would have picked up another one.

Great price for the tv and definitely worth it with the add- ons provided for Alexa, Amazon Music, Fubo tv and Apple TV for a few months.

The tv works excellent, no major issues, the only that I did have is with the remote & its being replace thru manufacturer's warranty.

Great budget TV. Everything functions as it should. We bought this TV to replace a smaller 32" tv in our bedroom. Very pleased with it.

This is an awesome TV! I love the Amazon Fire component! It is so easy to navigate and use! I would highly recommend this TV, especially for the price!

Great TV and screen quality. Only complaint would be the remote doesn't have a backlight if watching TV with the lights off.

Good for the price, adequate sound quality. Not something you want for anything spectacular. We use ours outdoors and they seem to last for us.

The TV seems very nice and we really like it so far. I know I don’t know how to use it like it should be used, but we are enjoying it. It was easy to set up in a pretty short time.

Needed a smaller TV when I moved into a small apartment. This set was the perfect solution. It has a great picture quality and was so inexpensive.

Great tv for the money. I like having fire tv built in. Not crazy about fire’s new format, but that’s Amazon, not Insignia. Super easy setup. All you need is an outlet and wifi.

I have a smaller insignia Smart Fire TV that works well, one reason why we ordered this one. This 42 inch is not as responsive...very slow and loses connection often even when it is the only electronic being used and honestly doesn't work very well. Sound quality wavers and it's Very slow and the remote doesn't always shut the tv off . This one seems much more cheaply made and not as good a tv.

Great picture, for a good price. Love the built in fire tv. I had bought 2 24" a couple of years ago, so the 42" was a no brainer.
