Second times a charm

We set up the TV to stream everything and an hour later the screen went black and never returned. We returned it to a Best Buy store and they apologized and replaced the TV right away. The screen could have gotten shaken up during our at-home delivery so I am giving it benefit of the doubt :) Our new one works perfectly, no issues!
