    We purchased this TV online and had it delivered, shipment came very quick (3 business days). We set up the TV to stream everything and an hour later the screen went black and never returned. We returned it to a Best Buy store and they apologized and replaced the TV right away. The screen could have gotten shaken up during our at-home delivery so I am giving it benefit of the doubt :) Our new one works perfectly, no issues!
