great Fire TV at a great price. I live relatively close to BB and they made the entire purchasing process as seamless and surprisingly pleasant, as possible. it started as a phone call to inquire about inventory, that, because of the process savvy associate, quickly became a sale for them and a quick TV pick up for me. win / win all around.
