This is the first issue I have had with this brand. We use them for home and in our Airbnb's. Out of 9 purchases, this is the first defective item.

You get the 1080p experience. It's lightweight and can be supported on almost any furniture. The sound quality is average, lacking punch in the bass. For music or action movies, you will want to add a soundbar. The viewing angle is narrow. Color quality dims quickly at more than 40º off center. Two viewers need to be seated together. I purchased this for bedroom use. For living-room use, you will want to consider an upgrade in price and quality.
