One thing to keep in mind is the sound I have a different Roku tv its cheaper about 2 inches smaller and its wayyyyy louder than this one that's the best reason this is not a 5 star tv. I have not tried Alexa yet but I will see if I can give an update on it.

We bought two for Christmas and it has been amazing. We are currently buying a third one for my son cause his tv is terrible and takes forever to turn on or load. We even told my sister about it so she could buy the same one. Insignia is amazing and affordable
