Insignia TV

I have three other models of this brand and they have worked fine. Maybe this was a one time thing, but it did not even last 6 months and the screen went out. Also while it has a 1 year warranty from INSIGNIA, you take it to Geek Squad and if you do not have extended warranty not much they can do and they have to ship it off. I was told 6-8 weeks, but after about two I got an exchange for store credit. Had to pay more for a replacement as no longer same price, has went up. Hopefully new one will last longer.

One thing to keep in mind is the sound I have a different Roku tv its cheaper about 2 inches smaller and its wayyyyy louder than this one that's the best reason this is not a 5 star tv. I have not tried Alexa yet but I will see if I can give an update on it.
