Unfortunately, Alexa features stopped working. The blue light comes on remote when button is pressed but no response to anything. I plan to call Amazon for troubleshooting help asap.

Run a Fire Stick on it, and it is much faster and quicker processing. I wouldn't use the F20 as a primary TV, but these are good for patios or bedrooms.
