Even though two of them had issues the first year, the Best Buy warranty couldn’t fix so I bought one of the same model and due to availability I had to buy a TCL. I’m not happy with that tv at all

What I found troubling is the Ethernet and HDMI ports were difficult to plug in?!? The placement of these ports are NOT user friendly… We basically had to lay the TV flat and turn it over! More, the picture quality is poor sometimes; suddenly blurry screens and terrible quality when the movie would go to a night scene! YUP.
