disconnects often and takes 30 min to work again

It frequently disconnects from the remote and won’t reconnect until I go through a 30+ minute restart process, which I have to google every time. I’ve tried factory resets, software updates, new batteries, using a different wall plug, trying a surge protector, using my phone as a remote. And this issue persists. It’s an awful bother - don’t waste your money.

Good, but has its flaws

It can be slow sometimes especially if you want to do play games on it (yes you can download games on it). Also, I recommend buying a usb if you are planning on downloading a ton of apps. The main reason why it is 3 starts is because at first it had this huge white line on the top of it which was most likely due to the frame not being put on correctly. But after a day, it fixed by its self so there was no repair needed. Overall this TV is good if you just want to have it in a bedroom or gaming room. 3.5/5 would recommend.
