    I have to give a 3 because I had to replace 1st one with another after only 5 months due to a batch made with faulty screens. I like the tv itself but I am a little worried as to how long this one will last. Lastly, if you plan on getting one of these PLEASE PLEASE purchase the extended warranty!

    The FireTV implementation on this F20 Series Insignia is exemplary and much better than any of our current stand-alone HDMI units on Samsung TVs. Kudos!!! Audio on the Back-fire Speakers is about par but Video much better than expected. Overall, not a bad job.

    Quality tv. Had an issue hd movies in hd from flashdrive but videos are crisp&sharp via cable or antenna. Why does hd movies (1080p) have video quality like analog when played via the usb port?

    Eh. It’s okay. The brightness is wonky. The display itself sorta seems quite pixelated at times. The remote has this awkward delay with the clicks. It’s alright though. It’s functional overall.

    Tv once shuts off doesn’t turn back on have to unplug the cord then turns back on. Troubleshooting the remote and it appears that these tvs are just detected.

    Picture tube died 6 months after purchase. It is under warranty, so dropped off at Best Buy 3 weeks ago. I do not recommend doing this, as they have no status update except "in transit" 3 weeks later... haven't had any luck tracking down a human to speak to about it.
