    Very good quality and fast. Ive had other smart TVs in the past buffer and load/switch apps very slowly, this one has had no problems. Nice remote as well

    I purchased the tv back in December of 2024. It's May of 2025 and it's already gone out. The repair process is very difficult to navigate. My appointment was canceled by the technician and pushed out for a week. When I inquired about just getting a replacement due the ageof the unit, I was denied. I would not buy this brand ever again and probably will not shop with Best Buy either.

    Really nice tv . Great for streaming . Have to have Amazon prime for it to wrk properly . It has Luna on it to play games on the tv.

    I have to give a 3 because I had to replace 1st one with another after only 5 months due to a batch made with faulty screens. I like the tv itself but I am a little worried as to how long this one will last. Lastly, if you plan on getting one of these PLEASE PLEASE purchase the extended warranty!

    Built in memory for apps on the built in Fire portion is small and adding an external drive is almost a must, but not easy to dictate which apps are on the built in memory verses the external memory. If not for that the TV is good.
