    Awful! Didn't even last 5 months. Been waiting on Best Buy to repair it for over two weeks now. Two last minute canceled appointments due to "technical difficulties" and it looks like we still won't have a tv for at least a week.

    I purchased this TV at the end of July 2024. It does not get used on a daily basis but rather once a week or so . Today, October 29, 2025 the screen has partialy gone out. Nothing hs changed . Not placement (it's mounted) not outlet, not wifi: nothing. It was good while it lasted but a year and a half being used only once or twice a week for no more than an hour at a time is worthless. Too bad because Insignia is usually a good private product line for Best Buy.

    TERRIBLE. Lasted 24 days before a solid line from left to right appeared. Even though I was able to get to the store before 30 days, now I have to call an 888 number for the warranty and it's going to be a major time waster. Dirt cheap TV. You get what you pay for and the picture sucks even on day 1. If you have ANY interest in watching a show not from the 21st C forget it.

    I bought this TV last year and it worked great, so I bought another one for my son for his birthday. I bought it on Dec 30th. His birthday wasn't until Jan 23, so we kept it in the box until then. He opened it today and there is a large dent in the back and when you turn it on there's a white line that runs horizontally across the entire front of the TV. Best Buy refuses to exchange it. After receiving horrible customer service from them, they told me to call Insignia as the TV would be covered under warranty. I was unsuccessful with Insignia too - they kept wanting me to troubleshoot. How do you troubleshoot a large dent? They would not come for a service call because they said I'm out of area. DUH. I live nowhere near a Best Buy, hence why I bought this online. Basically, I paid money for a brand new TV that I have to throw in the trash.
