They don't tell you up front that if you don't have WiFi and an Amazon account this TV will not work until you get one. I had a Geek Squad technician come to solve this problem and all this fool could say was "exchange it". We did, and predictably ran into the same problem. They have wasted my time and money with incompetence and irresponsibility. They'll do it to you too. BEWARE!

I can live with out those, but tv would not turn on also. I tried everything with no luck. So basically I paid for a tv that doesnt work. I will never buy an open box tv again from them. It should be a working tv right? If I could give less than one star I would!!!!
