Best Buy sold me JUNK

On the Best Buy site it was selling as 'open box' 'like new'. Setting up TV it severely flickered and on the flickering screen and the a name came up saying "Welcome Back Diane" TV wasn't sold as used, it was sold as 'like new'. Best Buy customer service told me that I was 1 day late to notify them and refused to take any responsibility! I lose....

If the Internet is not hooked up to the TV, you have to go and get the other remote and press back so that you can watch the DIRECTV. The sound quality is not very loud and a pinch it’s a TV

They don't get very tight, so the legs are wobbly, and the screws are pretty much stripped. Quite aggravating. Also: why is the power cord so short?

Bought this is April of last year and now the tv is not connecting to my WiFi or any other WiFi. I called Best Buy and before I told the agent what brand tv I purchased she immediately told me to contact the manufacturer and she was WRONG because Insignia is a Best Buy product.

So I get none of the Xfinity cable channels. Also two of the new TVs (Master BR and Second BR) don’t get anything. A message on the screen of those two says Pair Controllers but when I click on the box or even double click ABSOLUTELY nothing happens. I searched the internet as well as the instructions and couldn’t find how to do it. I am a repeat BB customer and have purchased at least a dozen Tvs . I have never had this problem. So I expect BB to come back and finish the job. Please provide a time when someone can come out. THANKS LARRY TUEL.
