    I purchased this TV at the end of July 2024. It does not get used on a daily basis but rather once a week or so . Today, October 29, 2025 the screen has partialy gone out. Nothing hs changed . Not placement (it's mounted) not outlet, not wifi: nothing. It was good while it lasted but a year and a half being used only once or twice a week for no more than an hour at a time is worthless. Too bad because Insignia is usually a good private product line for Best Buy.

    The volume on this tv's does not work worth a crap you have to turn them up to 80 just to hear them iv bought 2 so i no its just the brand

    My Roko TLC gave out after 2 years. I can't say I'm happy with my new purchase but it is because I was so use to my other tv which was easy to use. I find this one confusing even though we did have BB person come and give us some help with programming.

    I bought this TV almost a year ago. And I have to say, regrets have kicked in. A bunch of odd issues. Turn the TV on and the volume sometimes works right away and sometimes you have to restart the tv to get it to work. Sometimes volume 5 is loud and sometimes volume 30 is just loud enough. The connection to an antenna is the same. Hit or miss on whether it works right when you turn the TV on or if you have to trouble shoot to get things to display and hear it. Spend more and avoid Fire TVs… IMO

    Had for about 6 months now. It's okay. The home screen will be slow to load sometimes and the speakers are slowly starting to sound a little fuzzy when the volume is over 15/100

    Don’t buy!!! Bought this is April of last year and now the tv is not connecting to my WiFi or any other WiFi. I called Best Buy and before I told the agent what brand tv I purchased she immediately told me to contact the manufacturer and she was WRONG because Insignia is a Best Buy product.

    I bought this tv for my nephew for college and didnt last a year. The tv goes on and the screen is black. Very disappointed in the product. A tv should last more than 11 months.

    While I believed I was receiving a deal with the price point, the tv is not as clear as I would like it to be for an Full HD smart tv. There is an awkward bright glare on the upper right side of the screen that affects the picture quality in a negative way. Another problem is that you cannot adjust picture display settings unless you have a movie or show open to view video material.

    Very disappointed in this TV. Bought on Black Friday for a Christmas gift for my Son. I made sure to do all the updates to the TV and the Remote, but TV interface is incredibly SLOW and BUGGY. It takes forever to search and find what you want to watch. This morning when pressing the buttons on the remote, every time you hit the arrow one time it would actually move three space on the TV. Just for reference I have the TV connected via Ethernet to Fiber Gig internet so that is not the problem. Don't waste your money

    Not as intuitve as the TCL Roku. For some reason you need to login to certain apps each time. Nice quality picture but that is it

    LARRY TUEL PROBLEM WITH NEW BB TVS

    The tech guys failed to pair the controller for the 3 new TVs with the Xfinity controller. So I get none of the Xfinity cable channels. Also two of the new TVs (Master BR and Second BR) don’t get anything. A message on the screen of those two says Pair Controllers but when I click on the box or even double click ABSOLUTELY nothing happens. I searched the internet as well as the instructions and couldn’t find how to do it. I am a repeat BB customer and have purchased at least a dozen Tvs . I have never had this problem. So I expect BB to come back and finish the job. Please provide a time when someone can come out. THANKS LARRY TUEL.

    Although the price for this TV is with in anyone’s budget the Picture quality is not that good. Might as well spend $80 more for better pixel quality

    I purchased this TV from Best Buy as an open box in excellent condition per tag on box and salesmen whom was assisting me. Unfortunately once home with the TV I discovered the remote control was not in the bax as listed and no legs were in the box. I called customer service who advised me to return to store with the TV so they can confirm the remote control and legs were correct for this TV. Unfortunately the customer service employee returned to the counter to tell me once the TV was turned on the and setup started the TV developed a software issue and they must issue me a refund.
