    Do not purchase this TV. We purchased the first one and the WIFI would not connect, couldnt get past the English menu. Returned it. The SECOND TV the remote would only turn the TV on and off. Couldn't get past the English menu once again. This will be my third trip to Best Buy for ONE TV. I will not be getting the same one this time. What a waste.

    Well, I was hoping to live my tv but I don’t. I must have a defective one. When I watch antenna tv, I have to turn the volume up to 17 to hear it, streaming services 8-12. Another issue is the voices don’t match up with people’s mouths moving. I really don’t like this brand, I think it’s cheaply made and they purposely make them to fail early so you’ll buy another one.

    Tried connecting my tv to my internet provider and it wouldnt let me kepts giivng error messages tried resetting and it woulnd let me do it it would automatically connect and wouldnt let me disconect called bestbuy but hecause it was out of the 14 day period of having purchased it i had to take it but i would have to pay out of pocket for them to see what the issue was

    Will not stay connected to internet. Using Ethernet connection and have to reboot every time I turn on the TV.

    I bought this for one of my Airbnb guest rooms and this is my first Fire Tv as we have Roku Tv’s in the other rooms. I have been getting many complaints that it is constantly logging out of streaming apps, the sound does not match the picture and it quickly runs out of storage and only allows you to download a minimal amount of apps. Honestly i would not buy a fire Tv again.

    The price is great for the the size. The picture is not as shape, i see pixeled squares sometimes. Great for our use in spare room just to have once in a while use

    There is not a lot of storage on the TV, and sometimes there are some sound and display issues. The TV plays well otherwise.

    I was excited about this fire tv hence I’ve been using Amazon fire stick product since about 2015. Upon the installation of this product, it would never allow me to connect to my Amazon account for some odd reason. Didn’t wanna take a chance on replacing it with the same model after the time I had to take out of my schedule to return it to the store.

    It was on sale, so it was a good price for the tv. I think anything less than 50 inches is small. Had some issues setting up some apps

    I hate that this tv remote has no number buttons on it so you are stuck just with channel up or down through hundreds of channels. I just want to be able to enter my local channels and be able to access them and it is a pain with this tv.

    Stopped working after one month + no exchange

    Picture completely went out after only a month and, because of their return policy, Best Buy would not even do a simple exchange for an identical item. I had to go through Insignia's customer support, which required a lengthy phone conversation (longer than it would have taken to drive to the store and exchange it) and in-home service appointment with a 12-hour window. Not worth it!

    I bought this television a few days ago, according to which I had 4 free items, fubotv, appletv, amazonmusic and echo dot, I received everything except fubotv and now I can't watch the soccer world cup
