The price was great for a 43in but when it said fire tv and full HD, I expected a really ultimate picture but i was wrong. It’s a very pixelated look on every channel, movie and game system I’ve tried. Disappointed would be an under statement to say the least! And for those who think it could be my internet, I got 2000+mbps

Bought TV for a birthday gift and I was sold junk. On the Best Buy site it was selling as 'open box' 'like new'. Setting up TV it severely flickered and on the flickering screen and the a name came up saying "Welcome Back Diane" TV wasn't sold as used, it was sold as 'like new'. Best Buy customer service told me that I was 1 day late to notify them and refused to take any responsibility! I lose....

I purchased this TV as an opened box item. Asked what was the return policy before purchase. It was broken and was refused an exchange not a refund an exchange. I will no longer shop at best buy. And was told by a manager we damaged the tv with screwing the legs in. There was nothing in the box but the TV and that was not indicated on the box. It could have been an error on the company but your company lacks responsibility for human error. Again I will no longer spend money with WORST BUY.

The WiFi connection is intermittent, it will work for a few days and then stop working. Best is going to change the motherboard and another component next week. The parts alone cost over $300 and I paid $156 for the tv. The technician said his hands are tied, the manufacturer dictates what they have to do. Stupid is as stupid does !!

Do not purchase this TV. We purchased the first one and the WIFI would not connect, couldnt get past the English menu. Returned it. The SECOND TV the remote would only turn the TV on and off. Couldn't get past the English menu once again. This will be my third trip to Best Buy for ONE TV. I will not be getting the same one this time. What a waste.

    Too many defects

Well, I was hoping to live my tv but I don’t. I must have a defective one. When I watch antenna tv, I have to turn the volume up to 17 to hear it, streaming services 8-12. Another issue is the voices don’t match up with people’s mouths moving. I really don’t like this brand, I think it’s cheaply made and they purposely make them to fail early so you’ll buy another one.

Dying of old age waiting on endless lags

This is the worst smart TV I've ever used. I didn't think a smart TV was capable of lagging; BOY, WAS I SORELY MISTAKEN. Not once, not occasionally: TRY ALMOST EVERY MOTION WITH THE REMOTE. It did this straight out of the box - no fancy or large apps bogging down memory, here. Perhaps it's all the extra Prime garbage Amazon tries stuffing down my throat? Whatever it is, it's awful, and I will never, ever, buy an Amazon TV ever again. It's not Insignia because I've used plenty of those in the past without issue. Apparently, it's Roku or nothing.

I bought this for one of my Airbnb guest rooms and this is my first Fire Tv as we have Roku Tv’s in the other rooms. I have been getting many complaints that it is constantly logging out of streaming apps, the sound does not match the picture and it quickly runs out of storage and only allows you to download a minimal amount of apps. Honestly i would not buy a fire Tv again.

I wanted a basic TV and this has a nice setting for that. But I cannot receive 2 important local channels, the NBC, and the ABC. It happens to be too late to return this, sadly. It might be fine on cable but I am not going to buy that to use this tv.

There are several ways to access these channels without cable, such as using streaming services like Hulu, YouTube TV, or free apps like NewsON and Haystack News12.
