    I bought this TV to put in the basement for my kids to use for video games. I bought the wrong type of TV for this. It always starts on power up with the “smart tv screen”. The computing power for the TV is super slow. The screen comes with many apps that I don’t want and can’t remove. I was hoping for a TV my kids could hit the power button on and start up their PlayStation. Instead, we have to wait for the app screen to start up and then allow us to eventually exit out of. Moreover, I have to make sure my kids don’t start an app with stuff I don’t want them to watch… TV hasn’t been used in months and is most likely going to goodwill to curse another family.

    The TV shuts off after 15 mins of inactivity and there is no way around it

    Purchased in July if 2023 and it was a great TV for almost 18 months. Now the WiFi antenna has gone out, after less than two years.

    Insignia is fine but don’t like the built in Fire

    I’m not crazy about the Fire TV. It takes awhile to start up and then spends time on available apps instead of going to the input you want to watch. Gets annoying after awhile.

    Bad Pixels and Store Wouldn't Replace

    TV developed bad pixels in only a few days. A green line developed about 1" from the bottom of the screen. My son had surgery during that time and when I tried to exchange it the store said they could only replace it if I paid $50 to upgrade to Best Buy+ because I was 7 days past the 14 day window. Amazing that a store won't stand behind replacing a defective TV that is their brand unless I paid extra money less than a month from purchase.

    I actually really dislike this TV. If I go from Netflix to regular TV, sometimes it doesn’t play at all or it plays for about an hour then stops. Sometimes if I just turn it off then come back several hours later, it won’t play either. I have to completely unplug the TV for it to work again every other day. There’s an ongoing joke at home saying the TV doesn’t like being left at home. It’s frustrating. I regret the purchase. I advise you to spend a little more for better quality.

    Terrible TV! We bought this TV on April 15th, by May 19th of the same year the TV screen would not come on. Tried all of the troubleshooting tips, nothing. This TV was a complete waste of money! $160 for 32 days of entertainment, ridiculous. Oh, they only have a 2 week return policy, probably because they know it will barely last a month. I have bought many, many things from Best Buy and I was very disappointed with this purchase and return policy. Hopefully this will not be my last purchase...we'll see...

    This is a nice TV, but every day I have to power off the TV due to lip synchronized continually being off. I would have given a five star if I didn’t have the same problem every day :/

    It is without a doubt the worst tv I have ever had (if I could I would return it). I have had other insignia TVs that I loved that's why I bought this one thinking it would be great too, boy was I wrong. It will shut off if you leave it pause for more than 10 minutes. It also will randomly turn on all times of the day and night!!! (Yes I've googled both issues and other people are having them and can not fix them either).

    The TV continues to stall out and take long time to load its screen for viewing. I have to unplug it a lot. It is a huge inconvenience. I’m not one to return things at least I try not to be I’ll have to find time maybe one day to get there and return it I don’t know….
