    Hate Fire TV and Best Buy

    You don't realize what features you really miss and can't live without until you switch from one operating system to another. You can't pause live TV programming for very long on Fire TV. Maybe 10 minutes and then it completely logs you out and goes back to the home screen. You'll lose your spot. Abd if it's only a 30 minute program, well ... you're outa luck. Best Buy only has 15 day return policy. NOT 30 like everyone else.

    Get a Roku instead Amazon TVs have ads you cant turn off, and the settings are annoying and not very customizable

    We could not get this tv to connect to amazon, it would find the connections but never connect so we end up returning this tv

    I have had this TV since 9/18/23. So, just over a month. It will now not turn on. I did everything- changed batteries in remote and when that didn’t work I pushed power button on tv - nothing. Checked for tripped outlet - nope! Followed all reset instructions on the internet. Nothing. It’s just dead. I go to process a return online and apparently my return period ended 2 weeks after I bought it???? Not cool. Brand new tv and I’m out $160. Not ok Insignia/Best Buy.

    This is my second purchase within 6 months. The first TV had a weak/broken stand and fell on the hard floor. Unfortunately, the screen broke. There were 3 different appointments set up that were actually in Texas instead of at my address. So much time waiting around but they did not show up…. Long story is that I purchased another TV - even though it should have been replaced since I purchased the extended warranty. I’m not happy about the customer service - hence the 1 star.

    It stop working after a month in a half

    Stopped turning on after a month in a half of having it. We were watching my son’s show on the tv and had to pause to go eat lunch so we left it on pause and we we came bavk it was off. I thought maybe it turn off since we took long to go back. When i tried turning it on it didnt work. I tried all troubleshooting steps but nothing worked. I called insignia because we needed help they are it going to send someone to check it. If it diesnt wirk anyomirw we will get pur money back. Do not recommend buying.

    Worst TV I have purchased

    TV has serious issues connecting to wifi when it is right next to my router. Laptops and Samsung/Sony TV’s in my house do not have the same issue, still happening after a factory reset. The picture quality is also pretty bad, you can see all of the backround noise when the screen is mostly black. Cheap best buy product, first and last Insignia TV I’ll be getting.

    I'd have given this a 0 if I could. The one I received had a problem with the an internal software problem. It had verticle lines obscuring the screen so it was impossible to use. I'm not sure if this would happen with another one of these but I returned it and didn't order another one

    I never got my package from this company and they wouldn’t give me my refund back and that know what happened and just take my money don’t order nothing this Best Buy cause this could happen to you when they don’t give you your package and just take your money.

    This television is complete garbage! Buyer be ware! I have had it less than a month- I went to insert the cable wire and began to turn the screw and the part that connects the cable wire just broke off! Don’t waste your money on this junk! Built to break! Also if you don’t want to use Amazon good luck! It insists I sign in to Amazon ….

    I placed this order on November 29,2024 I have yet to receive my item, and the date is 12/17/2024, I have called customer service and no one has responded or called back to explain why I have not received my order, tracking says delayed , I could have just received or reordered
