    Volume did not work on the tv so i has to return it. Was told that these tvs tend to do that.

    Super slow, had it switched out because thight its broken but nope, second one begab beinf slow as well

    Pictures ok. System is horridly lagging behind with remote inputs. Wouldn’t recommend. It’s a headache overall.

    Doesn’t hold up to a cat. It tipped over and landed on my cat. He is okay but the tv is not.

    I ordered this tv online to be delivered same day and the driver just completely took it back to the store?? Didn’t call me or try to deliver it to me and now it’s been 15 days and I still haven’t received my refund! This is crazy service don’t recommend purchasing online or bother paying for same day delivery.

    Honestly this tv is terrible laggy, poor audio quality, below average video quality, and it doesn’t pick up wifi signal well either. All the other electronics I own work perfectly but this tv is a huge bust. I just wish I did more research before purchasing.

    Bought from Amazon, analog antenna input fitting was loose and tv wouldn't pick up any channels. I was directed to visit my local best buy for an exchange. I called the store and they assured me the TV was in stock and no problem to exchange. I arrived to find major conflict with the Annapolis MD best buy. Took an hour for them to "approve" my exchange. Very disappointed...

    Got the tv home and the entire screen the smashed. It was beyond the 14 day return policy and Best Buy won’t do anything to redeem themselves for selling me a broken tv

    Terrible! Never but am Insignia TV! I had that thing for 31days and it died! The warranty is only good for 30days! Thanks for stealing from a disabled senior!
