Horrible experience

They never contacted me at all. This was for my son for his birthday that he saved money for. Two best buy gift cards were used totaling $150.00. I still have not been reimbursed for them and it has been over 20 days. I called yesterday and they said the gift cards reissued were lost. No one can give a straight response. And no tracking number on these gift cards. Horrible customer service.

You get what you pay for - cheap garbage

I'm not buying another of these garbage Insignia products again.

Becomes a paperweight after factory reset

You cant get past that screen and its not the remote. Found out online A LOT of people have this issue and it basically becomes a paperweight. You CAN try and get it fixed by a service team, but because its 42” and below its only for at home repair. And the minimum for that is $129. A new 42/43” is usually $150. Not worth it.

I made the purchase for my son's 8th birthday. The TV doesn't turn off, we now have to unplug it every time it's not in use. The remote buttons work when they want to.

Wont be buying from bestbuy again

Also instead of receiving the replacement for the 52” i ordered that never arrived i spent 20 minutes on the phone to receive a refund a week later with no explanation.

Hate Fire TV and Best Buy

You can't pause live TV programming for very long on Fire TV. Maybe 10 minutes and then it completely logs you out and goes back to the home screen. You'll lose your spot. Abd if it's only a 30 minute program, well ... you're outa luck. Best Buy only has 15 day return policy. NOT 30 like everyone else.

Don’t Do It

It will now not turn on. I did everything- changed batteries in remote and when that didn’t work I pushed power button on tv - nothing. Checked for tripped outlet - nope! Followed all reset instructions on the internet. Nothing. It’s just dead. I go to process a return online and apparently my return period ended 2 weeks after I bought it???? Not cool. Brand new tv and I’m out $160. Not ok Insignia/Best Buy.

Had to purchase a new TV! Not Happy!

The first TV had a weak/broken stand and fell on the hard floor. Unfortunately, the screen broke. There were 3 different appointments set up that were actually in Texas instead of at my address. So much time waiting around but they did not show up…. Long story is that I purchased another TV - even though it should have been replaced since I purchased the extended warranty. I’m not happy about the customer service - hence the 1 star.

It stop working after a month in a half

We were watching my son’s show on the tv and had to pause to go eat lunch so we left it on pause and we we came bavk it was off. I thought maybe it turn off since we took long to go back. When i tried turning it on it didnt work. I tried all troubleshooting steps but nothing worked. I called insignia because we needed help they are it going to send someone to check it. If it diesnt wirk anyomirw we will get pur money back. Do not recommend buying.
