Missing parts never came

When I called to find out about extra parts I was told they would be processed same day and be delivered in a week. Parts never came and is still sitting in processing. Was told that my only option was to wait. Respectfully the last time I purchase with Best Buy

Broken Less Than A Year Later.

Can't Turn It Off

It's so bizarre that I don't know what else to say. I can only assume this decision from the manufacturer is to further listen to & track users. Regardless, except that this TV is going into the trash after only 6 months and we're buying from somewhere else.

It will error and say something is unavailable. I turn on my apple TV and its seamless. Having a smart tv is pointless when its slow and wont fucntion properly. The one good thing is it lets me use the tv remote to operate the apple tv instead of having to use that one but unfortunately not my sound bar.

Disappointed. Bricked after 2 weeks.

During the 3rd week a box appeared on the screen that said it was attempting to log in to xfinity. We never set it up for internet, and the box will not go away. Have tried hard reboots, power cycling and every remedy on YouTube or the web. Basically bricked at this point.

STUPID INSIGNIA 42"

I've asked the geek squad to replace it with a Samsung however, they can't until 12-14 hours from the delivery date. What the heck Best Buy??? It's a smart tv I personally think it's a stupid tv.

Not a great picture

Attempted to reset and use different wifi. The control's for the picture would not work. Believe it was just a bad unit. Took back and got the Roku. Much better quality.

Get why you pay for ! JUNK

Tried several different streaming apps anytime a show or channel was selected the screen would blink and shake. Tried to factory reset with same outcome. Wasted a lot of time troubleshooting ended up returning to Best Buy. Will never buy and insignia tv again!
