    I honestly regret buying this TV. The HDMI ports are very sensitive and often say that there's no signal. The menu is so difficult to navigate. It takes so much scrolling to find the apps you want to use. If I could return it, I would. At this point, I don't think even pawning it would be worth it. I couldn't live with myself that someone got stuck with this awful TV after me.

    Less than 3 months oldand screen went out with horizontal lines all across it! Best buy refers to "manufacturers warranty". Best Buy OWNS INSIGNIA!! Now waited for in home repair of CHEAPLY MADE TV! Totally dissatisfied with Insignia and Best Buy. Will never purchase another.

    Missing parts never came

    Tv came with no remote, legs, or manuals. Just the tv. When I called to find out about extra parts I was told they would be processed same day and be delivered in a week. Parts never came and is still sitting in processing. Was told that my only option was to wait. Respectfully the last time I purchase with Best Buy

    Best Buy never delivered the TV...they cancelled the order and returned it from the 3rd party delivery service and never provided a reason for cancelling the order...terrible customer service and I will never purchase anything from BB again/ever!!!

    I bought this TV less than a year ago and now it's broken. Black screen, turns off and on, and is ridiculous. cant even get my money back.

    Can't Turn It Off

    After a recent software upgrade you can no longer physically turn the TV off. It's so bizarre that I don't know what else to say. I can only assume this decision from the manufacturer is to further listen to & track users. Regardless, except that this TV is going into the trash after only 6 months and we're buying from somewhere else.

    This was supposed to be an open box that only had scratches on it. However it was damaged. Had to return it.

    The tv freezes up and i have to unplug it to get it back on. It will error and say something is unavailable. I turn on my apple TV and its seamless. Having a smart tv is pointless when its slow and wont fucntion properly. The one good thing is it lets me use the tv remote to operate the apple tv instead of having to use that one but unfortunately not my sound bar.

    Damaged when received… it’s been over 2 months still have not received a replacement TV. I sent as a gift. I was very ashamed of the customer service that my family has received during this process.

    Disappointed. Bricked after 2 weeks.

    Worked fine for 2 weeks. During the 3rd week a box appeared on the screen that said it was attempting to log in to xfinity. We never set it up for internet, and the box will not go away. Have tried hard reboots, power cycling and every remedy on YouTube or the web. Basically bricked at this point.

    This television was delivered to my home this morning at 8:27am, and here it is 12:27pm and it's not working, and has not been since we hooked up. I've asked the geek squad to replace it with a Samsung however, they can't until 12-14 hours from the delivery date. What the heck Best Buy??? It's a smart tv I personally think it's a stupid tv.

    Picture refresh was really delayed. Was like watching in a fog. Attempted to reset and use different wifi. The control's for the picture would not work. Believe it was just a bad unit. Took back and got the Roku. Much better quality.
