    Purchased in April and now in August already has lines on the screen and picture is terrible. No hdmi or anything hooked up to it. Do not recommend

    This television is complete garbage! Buyer be ware! I have had it less than a month- I went to insert the cable wire and began to turn the screw and the part that connects the cable wire just broke off! Don’t waste your money on this junk! Built to break! Also if you don’t want to use Amazon good luck! It insists I sign in to Amazon ….

    TV has serious issues connecting to wifi when it is right next to my router. Laptops and Samsung/Sony TV’s in my house do not have the same issue, still happening after a factory reset. The picture quality is also pretty bad, you can see all of the backround noise when the screen is mostly black. Cheap best buy product, first and last Insignia TV I’ll be getting.

    I havent even had this tv 2 months and the screen keeps going black if its on an input and it I use the apps on the tv it just goes back to the home screen. Dont buy this.

    I'd have given this a 0 if I could. The one I received had a problem with the an internal software problem. It had verticle lines obscuring the screen so it was impossible to use. I'm not sure if this would happen with another one of these but I returned it and didn't order another one

    Pictures ok. System is horridly lagging behind with remote inputs. Wouldn’t recommend. It’s a headache overall.

    I never got my package from this company and they wouldn’t give me my refund back and that know what happened and just take my money don’t order nothing this Best Buy cause this could happen to you when they don’t give you your package and just take your money.

    I placed this order on November 29,2024 I have yet to receive my item, and the date is 12/17/2024, I have called customer service and no one has responded or called back to explain why I have not received my order, tracking says delayed , I could have just received or reordered

    Honestly this tv is terrible laggy, poor audio quality, below average video quality, and it doesn’t pick up wifi signal well either. All the other electronics I own work perfectly but this tv is a huge bust. I just wish I did more research before purchasing.

    I ordered this tv online to be delivered same day and the driver just completely took it back to the store?? Didn’t call me or try to deliver it to me and now it’s been 15 days and I still haven’t received my refund! This is crazy service don’t recommend purchasing online or bother paying for same day delivery.

    Bought from Amazon, analog antenna input fitting was loose and tv wouldn't pick up any channels. I was directed to visit my local best buy for an exchange. I called the store and they assured me the TV was in stock and no problem to exchange. I arrived to find major conflict with the Annapolis MD best buy. Took an hour for them to "approve" my exchange. Very disappointed...
