    I bought this TV less than a year ago and now it's broken. Black screen, turns off and on, and is ridiculous. cant even get my money back.

    Damaged when received… it’s been over 2 months still have not received a replacement TV. I sent as a gift. I was very ashamed of the customer service that my family has received during this process.

    Disappointed. Bricked after 2 weeks.

    Worked fine for 2 weeks. During the 3rd week a box appeared on the screen that said it was attempting to log in to xfinity. We never set it up for internet, and the box will not go away. Have tried hard reboots, power cycling and every remedy on YouTube or the web. Basically bricked at this point.

    This television was delivered to my home this morning at 8:27am, and here it is 12:27pm and it's not working, and has not been since we hooked up. I've asked the geek squad to replace it with a Samsung however, they can't until 12-14 hours from the delivery date. What the heck Best Buy??? It's a smart tv I personally think it's a stupid tv.

    Picture refresh was really delayed. Was like watching in a fog. Attempted to reset and use different wifi. The control's for the picture would not work. Believe it was just a bad unit. Took back and got the Roku. Much better quality.

    Received Damaged and it shows package is in Anchorage on my Purchase list. Now they're not going to exchange the item because it shows delivered in the UPS system and DELAYED in my BestBuy account

    Cheap junk. Tried several different streaming apps anytime a show or channel was selected the screen would blink and shake. Tried to factory reset with same outcome. Wasted a lot of time troubleshooting ended up returning to Best Buy. Will never buy and insignia tv again!

    Constantly freezes. Screen is messed up only on the right side. Half the apps never work. Sound quality is awful! Do not do no DO NOT buy this TV!

    I purchased this TV July 0f 2023, it is now October, and it won't turn on, the power just quit working on it. It's enticing to purchase because the price is cheap, but it's obvious that the cheap price comes cheap quality.

    Support on this TV is not good. I tried to activate the 30 free trial of FuboTv and it does not work. Best buy told me that I have to figure it out myself. Not what I was expecting from a brick-and-mortar store. Probably should've just used Amazon.
