The TV itself is a quality product for a great price. However, the legs are flimsy. Also, they angle outward so instead of having a 38" surface, you need a 40" one to safely sit this product on a flat surface. If they instead provided a single, sturdy base, I would rate this as a perfect purchase. I unfortunately can't give it a full 5 star rating due to the legs, It's an inconvenience and led me to have to buy new furniture to support the TV.

TV arrived sooner than expected and in good condition. Picture is clear, sound is good and apps are easy to use.

I ordered on line and picked up in the store. They put the tv in my car...easy! Brought it home and unpacked it...plugged it in and had it working within 10 minutes. I dumped cable a while back and this TV is a fire tv...so easy easy easy....and cheap. One remote makes life a breeze. Couldn't be happier with my purchase.

I have recently purchased Insignia 42 inch Class F20 Series LED Full HD Smart Fire TV. I am satisfied with the TV. The display is very good, light weight. The best part is the sound quality. The sound quality is so soothing that I did not need additional sound bar. I already have a Bose sound bar but I did not need to pug in it with the TV. Over all its a good product within budget.

I just got this Tuesday (18th) and I am absolutely IN LOVE! It's not too big and definitely not too small. The sound is great and the picture is even better! I love playing around with the settings and I've already watched 6-7 movies on it bc it's just that good. This is my first TV from Best Buy and if you're looking for one with good picture and sound, this is the one!
