I’ve been purchasing insignia televisions for the past six years. Compared to any other brand their televisions have lasted me the longest without any damage. This new television is amazing, my one year old loves the graphics

TV is good, great picture. Fire operating system is not what I had hoped for. Will not integrate with COX, so issues getting some channels. Finding actual help with this issue is like pulling teeth. Also has issues with audio on Prime Video for some unknown reason, again, no help online.

I purchased this as a Great secondary TV for our bedroom. The first one I purchased had to be returned due to pieces missing. Best Buy was fantastic about it and replaced it quickly with an exact version of this TV. The tv is a great addition with brilliant colors, easy setup and love the "smart" technology.

Was roughly $125, I use it as a monitor for my laptop and desktop. Great for basic day to day working and simplistic gaming, but does have input delay for anyone trying to do reactionary-based gaming (Quick Time Events, MOBA's, FPS's, etc).

Easy set up. No problems so far. Very happy with tv.

There are so many problems with this TV! About once a month the TV won’t even turn on. I get a flashing red light and have to do a hard reset. If you can actually turn it on, there is a major lag in response time between tv and remote. You need to wait several seconds and hit a button several times for it to respond. Plan on allowing at least 10-15 mins to turn on the tv to navigate to whatever channel or app you want to watch. Once on, it randomly reverts to the Guide or Home Screen without warning, sometimes as often as every 2-3 minutes. Yes, I've timed it. Infuriating. But if you TRY to go to the guide, you get a blank screen. I constantly get notifications that the remote control batteries have to be replaced... at least once a month, with very limited use. I once got a warning the NEXT DAY that the batteries were low and needed replacing (despite batteries being new right out of the package.). Yet, on my battery tester they have full power. Whatever button you hit on the remote, it might perform a different function... for example, hit the volume button and it will change the channel or go to the guide. On initial setup, it didn’t even pull in the major antenna stations. It took several scans before getting it. Couldn’t pull in what my 15 yr old Sony could. Also had an offer for 3 months of Apple TV+. Didn’t receive any info on it and contacted customer service to find out how to redeem. I had documented screenshots but the rep had no clue and made zero effort, just said too bad, because a different offer was appearing on the day that I happened to call. It took 4 phone calls and a chat with 5 reps over an hour and a half to get the redemption code sent. Horrible customer service.
