The first one I purchased had to be returned due to pieces missing. Best Buy was fantastic about it and replaced it quickly with an exact version of this TV. The tv is a great addition with brilliant colors, easy setup and love the "smart" technology.

Regret going with a Fire TV

Will not integrate with COX, so issues getting some channels. Finding actual help with this issue is like pulling teeth. Also has issues with audio on Prime Video for some unknown reason, again, no help online.

Great for basic day to day working and simplistic gaming, but does have input delay for anyone trying to do reactionary-based gaming (Quick Time Events, MOBA's, FPS's, etc).
