Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Started off bad by the remote not pairing with the TV so I had to spend an hour on the phone with customer service to get it to pair. The remote is horrible the back doesn’t stay on, I had to tape it so my daughter didn’t lose it. The TV has logged me out of everything numerous times and I have had to factory reset a few times due to the Wi-Fi not working. Would not recommend you get what you pay for.

Software is Glitchy

Sometimes the sound stays on after turning TV off! Even after turning TV back on, and going to another channel or the home page, video changes but sound is still stuck on! Have to constantly kill power source and reboot. Is Amazon punishing me because I dropped Prime? Good picture though.

But the problem is I didn't get a remote with it, and it doesn't really tell you that you *need that remote* to even switch it to HDMI, as it only has a power button. I managed to get another remote for it, but it was kinda a pain.
