    Great while it lasted. It went out within 4years. Now I have no tv. I guess that’s why it’s so cheap. But it was wonderful when it was working. I did all the troubleshooting and nothing. It cost more to have it repaired. So it’s best to just buy another tv but not this brand.

    Never Buying a Fire TV Again

    I’ve had this TV for over a year and it is truly awful. Here’s why: 1. The TV will shut off automatically if you aren’t currently watching something or are touching buttons, even if you have a show paused. There is no way to turn this setting off or change it. 2. Think you have to look at enough ads? Well every time you turn on this TV you’ll open up to an Amazon advertisement. No, seriously. Every time. You have to “click” out of it to get to your apps, which are also hidden among a sea of advertisements for Amazon. 3. This TV is super buggy. It can’t keep up with the remote. Trust me, the cheap price tag is NOT worth it. Go with a roku instead, way better.

    It barely works (and barely is being generous). It freezes up within minutes regardless of which streaming service you use. Spend a little more and get a better quality TV.

    I have had some issues with this TV. Having to unplug and plug it back in and that kind of nonsense. I wouldn't buy one again.

    Garbage Defective TV

    Garbage. Brand new TV and all it would do is flash on and off over and over again. Called the manufacturer directly for help. They couldn't help and told me it was defective and advised me to just return it. Had to return it and get a different TV. Don't buy. Spend about $40 more for the Toshiba.

    Bad experience

    This is my second review. 1) wrong tv was sent to my home (a cheaper tv). 2) had to take it back to store during the Christmas rush. 3) they tried to charge me extra at the store. 4) the tv has a problem with it already. I don’t recall ever having a worse experience buying anything.
