    The TV is overall good. It's amazon that I had a problem with. Because I still can't use my TV, amazon seem to have a problem going on that locks me out Everytime.

    Shut down after 2 months. Screen went white first and then it went black. But had sound.

    This is my second review on this item . I was happy to deal with Best Buy until I purchased this tv . Terrible . It could not hook up and work. Tv people were here Sunday for 4 1/2 hours and Monday 2 hours . . Tried new box and new equip . It was a bad tv . I had them put my old tv back in . It worked . This new tv was put out for the trash pick up .

    This TV is extremely slow and even has horrible input lag. Even after resetting multiple times in still slow as molasses. Cant even play video games on it either from all the input lag.

    TV is decent for the price. 2* is because it's slow and lags quite a bit. I'll turn off the tv and whatever I'm watching, even though I paused before turning off, sounds like it's playing for a few seconds. Kind of weird. Speakers are fine, nothing special. But yeah, definitely a decent TV for the price.

    Great while it lasted. It went out within 4years. Now I have no tv. I guess that’s why it’s so cheap. But it was wonderful when it was working. I did all the troubleshooting and nothing. It cost more to have it repaired. So it’s best to just buy another tv but not this brand.

    This is the 3rd Insignia tv I have had in the last several months, 2 have been replaced and now the 3rd one is having issues. Will never buy this tv again.

    Never Buying a Fire TV Again

    I’ve had this TV for over a year and it is truly awful. Here’s why: 1. The TV will shut off automatically if you aren’t currently watching something or are touching buttons, even if you have a show paused. There is no way to turn this setting off or change it. 2. Think you have to look at enough ads? Well every time you turn on this TV you’ll open up to an Amazon advertisement. No, seriously. Every time. You have to “click” out of it to get to your apps, which are also hidden among a sea of advertisements for Amazon. 3. This TV is super buggy. It can’t keep up with the remote. Trust me, the cheap price tag is NOT worth it. Go with a roku instead, way better.

    It barely works (and barely is being generous). It freezes up within minutes regardless of which streaming service you use. Spend a little more and get a better quality TV.
