They sold me a discounted tv said it was in perfect condition which it wasn’t it had like an off framing at the top which shows light at the top. Couldn’t bring it back cause my kids other tv broke and I took this home to them as a surprise and felt bad to take it back. However the picture is good I guess and sound is alright not really the happiest about it.

This TV was great for about a week, then the lower third or so of the display started flickering on all inputs. I'm giving it two stars instead of one because Best Buy made returning the defective unit super easy.

The television is not the best. This is our second television of the same model and it does not work as well as we thought it would work. Instead of placing numerous service calls, we decided not to complain about it and just live with the defects in the television. So far the defects are not as bad as the last one, but we have not used this one that much yet so the same problems may come up again.

I bought this on sale as a secondary tv. I’m glad I got it on sale, as if I’d have paid full price, I’d really be devastated. You get what you pay for. The operating system/app control is quirky at best. Soundtracks frequently run on even when I close an app…..geek squad replaced motherboard, but it’s the same. Picture is decent, and I do like the Alexa feature. Not a good tv by any means, but to be fair I wasn’t expecting much. Cheap, but hardly cheerful….

Easy to setup but my 14 year old JVC LCD outperforms the picture quality. I do not like LED TV with high brightness and contrast. This TV is easy to set up But it has to learn the difference between red, green and blue. The red comes out more like orange and I have tried all adjustments with the remote. I have ordered the 4k version and hope I will hit a home run with that one when it comes in.

The TV was great at first, but no matter what I do, I can't get YouTube to work well. Our internet is not the issue, and no other device has any issues with YouTube. The sound is constantly buffering. The videos run fine, but the sound is terrible. I have factory reset the TV. Uninstalled and reinenstalled. They TV randomly turns off during shows and movies. Apps like Paramount and Philo will not load and it just goes back to the home screen. I am not even sure how to fix this. Based on all of this, I would avoid this TV.

While I believed I was receiving a deal with the price point, the tv is not as clear as I would like it to be for an Full HD smart tv. There is an awkward bright glare on the upper right side of the screen that affects the picture quality in a negative way. Another problem is that you cannot adjust picture display settings unless you have a movie or show open to view video material.

I bought this TV almost a year ago. And I have to say, regrets have kicked in. A bunch of odd issues. Turn the TV on and the volume sometimes works right away and sometimes you have to restart the tv to get it to work. Sometimes volume 5 is loud and sometimes volume 30 is just loud enough. The connection to an antenna is the same. Hit or miss on whether it works right when you turn the TV on or if you have to trouble shoot to get things to display and hear it. Spend more and avoid Fire TVs… IMO

The price was great for a 43in but when it said fire tv and full HD, I expected a really ultimate picture but i was wrong. The WiFi connection is intermittent, it will work for a few days and then stop working. Best is going to change the motherboard and another component next week. The parts alone cost over $300 and I paid $156 for the tv. The technician said his hands are tied, the manufacturer dictates what they have to do. Stupid is as stupid does !!

Well, I was hoping to live my tv but I don’t. I must have a defective one. When I watch antenna tv, I have to turn the volume up to 17 to hear it, streaming services 8-12. Another issue is the voices don’t match up with people’s mouths moving. I really don’t like this brand, I think it’s cheaply made and they purposely make them to fail early so you’ll buy another one.

I bought this for one of my Airbnb guest rooms and this is my first Fire Tv as we have Roku Tv’s in the other rooms. I have been getting many complaints that it is constantly logging out of streaming apps, the sound does not match the picture and it quickly runs out of storage and only allows you to download a minimal amount of apps. Honestly i would not buy a fire Tv again.
