Great for Internet & TV Viewing
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Integration was done well and will be easy for existing ROKU users. Internet viewing is easy and well integrated with the operation of the TV.

Not pretty as a computer Monitor - not 4:4:4
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a Samsung JU6500 (50") a LG 4k (50") a Seiki 42. All running 4:4:4 at 4k 60 hrz as computer monitors in our office. Since I couldn't get anymore Seiki I decided to go for the Insigna. I swapped out the Seiki to give to another employee and gave the Insigna there. I made sure to set it to 60hz@4k and HDMI 2.0. However it looks horrible. Everything is jaggy like it's not 4:4:4 looks like 4:0:0. The Seiki was 3x better looking. Based on the other persons review, it might be the firmware is messed up. I bought two of these so maybe I'll unbox the other and see if it has the same problem. Top is what the sony, lg, and seiki look like, below you see the Insignia - looks like trash. No good as a computer monitor

HDMI 2 port bad
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Frustrating to setup the tv and find out that the 2nd HDMI port is bad and have to return it to the store. I'm hesitant in getting another one as I'm afraid it will happen again either now or just after the warranty period is over. I love the Roku interface and have others hooked up to tvs around the house but again I'm nervous to get another one.

Purple tint to the picture
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had this TV for 3 days now and it's had a purple or pink tint to the display since taking it out of the box. I've tried all the adjustments but there isn't a setting that helps. I've got a support request submitted to Insignia but I'm almost certain that it's going to be defective and I'll have to drive the 45 minutes to my nearest Best Buy or have to ship this back, either way, it sucks and will be a major inconvenience. Even at the price it's still not worth the trouble.

Don't buy this Tv
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this TV for my master bedroom so my wife could watch shows she likes on Netflix since it's a "smart" tv. This TV has done nothing but shut off in the middle of watching programs. It freezes and even turns off on its own. I want to believe that I just had bad luck but I've read a few reviews now that have had similar experiences. I should have just bought a Samsung smart tv like I have in my living room.
