Tv broke quickly. long time to fix

A month after receiving this tv, it broke. It wont move pass the boot screen. Apparently I can't return it, but not to worry it comes with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty, but it will take them a month to come and fix it. So I've spent almost $300 (after taxes) for a tv that worked for less than a month. Truly disappointed in this purchase. I guess if it works, it fantastic. That was not my experience.

Like you mentioned, the TV does have a one-year manufacturer's warranty. Due to the COVID-19 it may take us longer than expected to repair it.
