My mom loved opening this on Christmas morning. It's got a simple easy to use remote for those getting long in the tooth. The mic in the remote is also a nice touch. Got it on sale during the holidays saved like 200$.

I love this brand. Affordable and durable. I'll choose this brand over Samsung ( i have both brands at home currently). Never had a problem with this TV at all. Connection, signal, app download etc. All are amazing.

So far it's been good once I figured everything out. I would recommend more written instructions on operating the TV, remote and apps. There were instructions on installing TV on the wall but that's it. There's surround sound but it appears to only come from left side.

I'm enjoying my 43 inch TV immensely. Wishing that I would've purchased the 50 inch instead. A reason I didn't give it a higher rating is because the picture quality isn't as vivid in color if you're not directly viewing it from the front. Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase.

My DISH satellite service was down for some reason and the two delivery people could not properly set up my new FIRE TV. And they did not leave me an instruction manual. I've had to learn on my own (and I'm an 80 y/o non-techy woman). I CERTAINLY did not get my money's worth with this TV. Cost me about $535.00 for a $219.00 TV. I did buy a headset for about $100.00, so that's $435.00 for a $219.00 TV. A bad deal all around. I think you should refund my delivery fee at the least for my trouble and aggravation! The 5 stars are for the products ONLY!!! I love my new washer and dryer - but the delivery people that installed them - didn't tighten the hoses and the water went through my downstairs ceiling into my kitchen. My entire kitchen ceiling needs to be replaced.

Now that we are accustomed to it, it is a great TV. We had a couple of problems with video working without audio. The Geek Squad rep told me that most TVs have similar problems. It was easily remedied by unplugging from the power source and then plugging it in again.

I was a little hesitant because I was not familiar with Insignia. I have regrets no longer. The screen on my old TV was not working so I needed a replacement promptly. I placed the order and the TV was here the next day.

Both of our son’s have this Tv and they couldn’t be happier, especially since they are able to talk into the remote to access not only different channels, but also to access different apps such as Amazon or YouTube.

TV purchased for use in my bedroom. Overall functions very well. Like it because of the smart TV function and how channels are displayed. Great customer service in providing background about the different TV sets.

Bought this for my sons room to replace an older Sony TV that was making his room like a sauna from all the heat that came from it. This is definitely an upgrade and he likes it. Definitely faster than the RokuTV I have in my home gym room.

TV picture quality is nice, but I don’t think a fire TV is the best smart TV. It doesn’t have apps available like Vudu or peacock, for example. Home Screen is too messy. I’d recommend a rokuTV instead.

I’ve had this tv for 3 weeks now and the remote already doesn’t work. I can turn the tv on and off but can’t adjust the volume

I bought during blackfriday for spare bedroom for guests. It's a good TV. Good video display quality and I love the FireTV built in. No need for cable box or antenna - I stream everything. It's an excellent buy for the price I got it for.

A solid, but not fancy, TV. The smart functions are great. Requires a strong wi-fi signal for stable performance. I now have 3 of these in my home and I am very satisfied with the performance for the expense. An excellent value

We bought this as a replacement for a tv in our bedroom. This has a great overall quality, and the image is beautiful. The interface is well put together, and easy to use. My kids have also played Xbox on this, and have no issues with lag.

Great tv so far. This Insignia smart tv replaced an Insignia non-smart tv that I've had for several years. Colors are much more vivid and it makes a huge difference in viewing enjoyability. I believe I made a great choice.

TV is in my home gym. I like to watch tv on the treadmill or occasionally listen when working out so having all the quick streaming options are great. The only issue I have is it occasionally has to be reset for the WiFi to work. Other than that no complaint

Outstanding TV. Only downside as of now is that the brightness, after being adjusted, seems to glitch and returns to its normal bright state for brief periods of time whenever I’m on the home menu and highlight over the HDMI selections.
