Overall we are happy with the TV, I ended up just connecting an Apple Tv to it because I prefer the user experience and the apple eco system.

This TV has really nice color. the volume is good, and the smart TV works exactly how it's supposed to. i am used to using the fire stick tv so i like this better than using the roku and things like that.

I love this tv! I have had it for over a year and it works wonderfully. It also works with my Alexa device. I highly recommend.

The sound is not great and what they are saying is not in sync with their mouth movements and expressions. I have voice control and sometimes it doesn't get what I'm telling it.

Got this TV as a replacement for a TV that was not working. Got this one because it was Roku TV so that means it’s great for streaming. He loves it because it also able to hookup his PlayStation 4.

Had one hiccup with the Hulu App. Had to do some YouTube troubleshoot but otherwise no other issues. Just needed an app update and disconnect / reconnect internet.

Got another one this time for the garage. Climate controlled so should be OK out there.

It’s a great tv the only thing is, for certain apps you aren’t able to cast to the tv. For mainstream apps like YouTube casting is no problem. It’s not a major problem its just something I had to work around.

It’s so convenient these new screens have the options to watch Netflix, Hulu, and Disney plus as well as let’s you screen mirror with your phone. I love it!

Good smart TV for great price, all good with internet and streaming lots of choices to stream only complaint is the remote already seems to be failing sticking etc, cheap remote

I thought this was a great tv, until the picture went out on the tv, but overall a good tv to buy if you don’t have any power outage in your neighborhood.

So far seems good. It seems a little loud sometimes and has had a couple screen glitches, but beyond that no problems. We got the replacement plan just in case which I would recommend.

I really don't get why they call them "smart" TV's. The software is sophomoric at best, the navigation is a pain and the sound quality is poor so you're forced to buy a sound bar that won't fit under the TV. Oh, and to get support you end going through some Best Buy community forum which is a total pain in the butt and useless. Glad there's Google. The picture is OK as long as you're not standing above the TV or too far from the side. Granted this ain't a high priced TV, but I really think the manufacturers could do much better making them and supporting them.

My husband loves this tv. I honestly can't tell the difference between the 4K and our 1080 but he is thrilled. I am very impressed with the integration of the Firestick though

Thank goodness, it does all of the things in one piece of equipment. Not sure it scans as well for digital channels through my antenna as the old one.

The associate that recommended this product was very helpful and courteous; although the firs associate was not helpful nor attentive to helping us find the products we was looking to purchase.

Purchased as an open box item. The box was badly beaten, but the tv was delivered as described. Using it for streaming my Xfinity service and it works great.

I bought this tv to use outside in gazebo . Without cable I had to use air antenna , and fire tv. All working good . Only complaint .. Very flimsy , weak stand to hold it up .

First time owner of smart TV. Most functions are easily used and I have enjoyed being to quickly change from television to streaming services. Better reception than previous television.

Nice price and like all tvs now they are light weight and connect to internet wifi. The screen will break if u throw the remote at it. Stop throwing pics Lock!
