Not thrilled with picture

The picture quality is okay but so far I haven’t really seen the quality benefit of 1080p in this tv as opposed to 720 in my others And I have e experimented with settings but so far I can’t completely get rid of soap opera effect. And picture just doesn’t seem as sharp as it should be.

Buzzing is so annoying

The one thing I can’t stand is the loud buzzing sound it makes when it’s on. It makes me wanna kick it to see if that will make it stop buzzing. I really hope if I exchange it the other tv won’t do the same.
