Came that way. Returned to get the same exact TV. Same day I set that up the remote control NEVER worked. Called the phone on the back of remote. Was told NO problem they would ship one ASAP. Well 2 weeks now and still remote and my child can’t use his TV. Super frustrating I was told today they don’t know when I will get it the mail. I mean who doesn’t want to buy a brand new TV....Just to not be able to use it. ( they said download the app) but this is my child’s TV and he doesn’t have a phone to use an app. His bday present had been a total FLOP. I got this TV because of his special needs because he could just talk into the remote to access what he needs versus typing it. Just why can’t they say, Hey no problem, go to the store and get a working remote control right now??!!
