I purchased this for my father as a house warming gift. He loves it and can get so many options on one tv.

Solid - good value for the price. Sound is just okay- but I really can’t complain at all

It gets frequent software updates. It has a good quality screen and I never want to got back to my old 720p tv .

This is the best value for money TV I have ever purchased. My only regret is that I didn't buy one earlier.

Bought this TV 2 times. First time the screen was ruined. Came that way. Returned to get the same exact TV. Same day I set that up the remote control NEVER worked. Called the phone on the back of remote. Was told NO problem they would ship one ASAP. Well 2 weeks now and still remote and my child can’t use his TV. Super frustrating I was told today they don’t know when I will get it the mail. I mean who doesn’t want to buy a brand new TV....Just to not be able to use it. ( they said download the app) but this is my child’s TV and he doesn’t have a phone to use an app. His bday present had been a total FLOP. I got this TV because of his special needs because he could just talk into the remote to access what he needs versus typing it. Just why can’t they say, Hey no problem, go to the store and get a working remote control right now??!!

This tv is excellent. Major uprgade over what i had and handles all functions smoothly

Got this for my daughter to replace the one that went out and her bedroom and she absolutely loves it

My Draughter uses this Tv. We both love it.she can do zoom events work related. & watch her fire stick.

Good affordable TV. A lot of the apps take a while to load. Might try a fire stick to see if there is a difference.

I bought a SMART TV to play videos and mp3 music off of a thumb drive, that is formatted by windows 10. Many other SMART TVs play them well. This tv refused to even recognize any of my the thumb drives. It failed to take my pc output on a HDMI cable. It seems mostly geared for wireless connection to Amazon. Voice commands go thru Alexa, after you put in your credit card information. I can see kids getting curious about rented movies, and racking huge bills on that credit card. The features on this tv are things i do not want. The features that I expected, do not work. It does not find your password protected wireless router easily. You have to enter the router name, in order to find it. The only thin I can say positive about this tv is that, It does have an excellent picture from cable & dvr feed. After hours of trying things, my conclusion is, stay away from any INSIGNIA smart tvs.

I am enjoying my new TV. Really nice device. Only drawback is lack of Bluetooth feature but outside of that it is awesome
