    My TV was lost and I had to call about not receiving it which took a couple hours, then, it was recovered and I received it late. I still do not understand how to use this Smart TV, no instructions came with it. I feel like I am missing out. I plan to call Best Buy for instructions.

    Understand "Insignia" Best Buys store brand. Won't buy store brand again. Smart tv is a joke. When watching a program picture freezes and input jumps to HDMI. I got rid of the one I bought and got a better one at an- other store. Also noticed other buyers gave reviews reporting bent contacts inside HDMI plugs
