Great Christmas Gift for the father in law!!!!!!!!!

How is this supposed to work without the power cord? How is it to stand without the screws to hold it up? I previously bought this product, and failed to add the screws to the legs, it fell and TV was inoperable as no picture showed, BB could not replace due to length of time purchased, and the date I opened the box. How is the remote to work, without the batteries listed as inclusive on the box it is packaged in? This was a great big disappointment. I purchased in early August, but box just opened,

Got this early December. Mid February it had to be reset as the screen was black and wouldn’t display an image. Could have been the chrome cast I had plugged in the night before. Image is ok but doesn’t live up to the 4k hype. Image is grainy.

Not a true 4k tv but you wouldn’t know that until you try to use the 4K for movies and games. Every once in a while the borders of the tv look glitchy and I’ll have to switch inputs back and forth to make it go away.

Was easy to set up and worked as promised. Then, the TV kept cutting out from the internet connection. Returned it for a new set which seems to be working great! Built-in speakers are acceptable for this bedroom TV.

When I first plug this TV up and started using it I can smell burning wires. I thought it would be gone after about a week but no it was still there. I returned it and bought a different TV.

My order said the product was ready for pickup but when I arrived it took 30 mins to find it. Bought as a open box online for pickup at store, but it turned out being a floor model with no box, no remote, no stand, no instructions. Came out wrapped in bubble wrap. The only button on this TV is the on/off switch so a remote is required. After I ordered a remote, the TV was actually great(4 stars).

Sound goes in and out plus the tv is already mounted so I’d hate to go through the aggravation of taking it down. I can’t find my receipt and don’t have the box it came in so I’m pretty sure the store so t take it back.

Just bought for the bedroom. I do like the voice control integration with Alexa, which makes it really convenient. Other than that, picture quality and sound is nothing to scream about. But it does the job.

Bought 3/19/2021 it’s stopped working 2/17/2022. It was great until it stopped working after less than a year of not even daily use.

Glitchy after a year of moderate use. Will have to unplug the power cord to rest it now and again.

This TV is no good. I believe I'm not sure that's been messing up ever since and I can't find the and I can't find the receipt

It did have great color, straight out of the box, however it is very obviosly 60hz, but the worst was that smell of burning plastic this thing emitted, not just 1 but 2 as i thought it was a fluke with the first so i took it back and exchanged it, which had to be returned for the same exact issue, finally decided to spend a few extra bucks and bucks and buy an LG

The TV stopped working within less than a year. It kept getting stuck on the loading screen. But when it did work, it was okay quality.

Looks nice, but every other time I switch a game the screen turns green or red and the only way to fix it is by changing HDMIS. I’d get a better tv, the extra $40 would be worth

Got the TV all set up and was excited as the picture was great - after about 15 minutes it crapped out and all I got was lines across the screen. Did smell a slight burning odor..something definitely burned out.. The delivery was fast - packing it up and lugging it back to the store was annoying...the icing on the cake was the associate giving me the evil eye as he checked it to make sure I wasn’t lying... Went to another store for another tv - never again Best Buy - a bye bye!
