    DO NOT BUY this TV has an auto shut off feature if you pause something and leave the room it shuts off I have tried everything disabling the sleep timer setting it to 240 minutes and changing the Screensaver settings. NOTHING works. I bought this tv for my office and every 5 minutes the stupid thing turns off and goes back to the main menu if I pause to take a call. INCREDIBLY disappointed there is no online support for this issue other than downloading a 3rd party software onto the TV

    Not the best tv, tv remote dies fast… also, sometimes it changes inputs on its own and the screen goes black so i start to think something is wrong with my consoles… the tv is a mess i cannot

    Bought two of these tv's. First one lasted 11mos, was repairable. The second one lasted 10mos, and is not repairable. Bought 5 year geek squad protection. Best Buy will refund the purchase amount, but I lose the 4.2 years left on my protection plan.

    Would never buy a insignia product again. Remote control stopped working after two months. The process to get a new remote is insane and inconvenient. I would not recommend this tv to anyone don’t buy Best Buy products

    This tv is garbage! I purchased it on 8/25 and plan to return it on 8/27 as soon as my new tv comes in. I should’ve listened to the reviews but because I’m so partial to Firetv, I didn’t want to believe them. I’ve never been so disappointed in a product. The picture goes in and out; it constantly buffers, and I literally have to unplug and plug back in to get it to work. Sooooooo disappointed!

    I am very disappointed in the color and clarity of the picture. Your sales person talked this TV up but for all the hype, very disappointing. My old TV is way better than this one and it's a 1080. I want to bring it back. Can I do that?

    Only Lasted a Year

    TV worked fine for a year and then the picture started flickering out of nowhere. After about an hour of operation, the tv will flicker on and off and slowly get faster until it’s unwatchable. I’ve tried troubleshooting this, tried everything I could find online, but nothing worked. The Amazon OS is pretty bad, especially after the update that made 90% of your home screen be ads and your apps and stuff you actually use be relegated to a tiny sliver. Kind of crazy that even when paying full price for a product, you’re still subjected to unwanted ads AND only get a year of smooth operation. I’d say stay away from this brand as it seems to happen to other Insignia TVs as well.

    We bought this TV less than 2 weeks ago and now it will not connect to the internet any more. Tried everything. Did a factory reset. Would like to return it, but this website literally says the period ended yesterday. Of course.
