    I will never buy another Insignia tv again. It shouldn’t be Best Buy’s brand because it brings down the value of Best Buy. The Insignia tv I bought keeps losing signal and none of my other tvs (other brands) do that. And the Insignia tv is my newest tv.

    Just bought this yesterday. Got it set up. ALREADY having issues. The remote as been "updating" now for over 20 minutes. I have called for assistance. Their phone center is closed now since it is past business hours. Chat says try again later because they are too busy. I have tried calling the store, but they are too busy to help as well. VERY frustrating indeed.

    The TV was fine except the HDMI ports didn't work and I had to return it. Return went smoothly and purchased a different model.

    Cheap tv gamble and I lost.

    Very inexpensive tv but I lost the gamble. I had two return this after a week of troubleshooting without success. The tv would shut if on its own. It would not start on the first try ever. Then sometimes not at all. I researched and tried all of the troubleshooting techniques like full resets and tons of other tedious things. I returned it and got a different branch that is working.

    Not at all good. nothing intuitive. Setup was a great struggle. May have been this set, but trying to type in address code etc. Typing input was delayed so you didn't know where you were and had to start over I don't know how many times. Got dine with that and set could not find WIFI signal . There is even more, lets just say complete disaster for me.

    Just over a year old and DEAD

    Worked for about a year and the backlight began randomly flickering. Today the backlight gave out completely and it looks as if it’s been turned down to the darkest setting, you can barely see what is being displayed. This tv didn’t last a year and a half.

    The interface is annoying as hell, but more importantly it flashes green and purple regularly. I know it’s not just mine because I had it replaced within the month, only to have the replacement do the same within the first 10 minuets. I have no idea why it does it or how to fix it, but the return widow has ended and I’m screwed. Do yourself a favor and get a better TV.

    This is a broken product. Unable to sign into anything. Apps don’t download, apps don’t work properly. Apps that are downloaded don’t show-up or tv says can’t access. Sign into HULU, exit app, try to go back into HULU, error! Nothing is easy and nothing seems to operate smoothly. Bought this on a Saturday and returning it the next day on Sunday.

    Avoid this TV at all cost. Buying this is buying frustration. . A limited selection of TVs this size was available so we bought it. The setup was horrendous and we were never able to complete it. Then, it would lose wifi connection several times in a day. Returned for another model at a different Best Buy and all is well now.

    We bought this TV almost 6 month ago, now we can connect to netflix or youtube - the TV just rattle. it is not the internet, since computer phone and another TV works just fine. Of course i called the store and they said nothing could be done it is awfull now we can't use it at all

    purchased this new tv on May 3, 2021 and for a week now, the TV won't turn on. The red light flashes. We've unplugged the tv, replaced the batteries in the remote and watched a youtube video on this brand for the exact issue we are having..followeing the instructions on resetting the tv/factory reset to no avail

    Damaged Product

    Purchased for my son for Christmas. Did the curbside pickup. Took them forever to bring my item out. I watched as about 20 people showed up after me and received their items before me. When we finally opened the package Christmas morning we found the screen is damaged, so now we have to return it. Not an over all great experience.

    Bought this tv in 2021 what piece of garbage. Because it's size is over 42 inches it's in house service only I've taken 3 days off so far fix 3 seperate issues now it's pixilating like crazy so day 4 off from work for geek squad to try again. Very sad

    This TV worked for 12 months then started malfunctioning. It was slow to respond to the remote and the hard drive space is very limited. I have to constantly delete apps to install new ones. I wish I knew the memory as low before I bought it.

    Not worth it since everything goes through amazon prime. Also really hard to add or find anything since everything wants to go through amazon prime. Didn't like it and not sure if amazon prime since it now takes a week to get anything.
