Disappointing

I had my son hook it up. It will play for 10 to 15 minutes and then either shuts off or the picture drops out and you only hear the sound. Trying to return but its past the 15days return. Website not much help with defective products.

Poor tv

Stay away.

Even after all the updates since purchased still won't play.it seems to be Codec related cause i play YouTube in 4k and if looks fantastic. You were warned.

wont buy insignia products again

Net gear Product

After package was open there was a note there which read’Do not Return To Store. When I bought product the Best Buy rep said I can return it at anytime. I will be returning the product to the Best Buy store where I bought it and I will need my refund.

Tv did not function upon installation. Attempts at contacting customer service by phone and web site were unsuccessful. Returned tv to store and exchanged for another product.

Poor quality, and no Best Buy support

Had issues where after only a month of limited use, the right side of screen started to only show rainbow streaks. Best Buy would not honor repair/replace saying we damaged it. We did not and explained as such. DO NOT BUY.

I was severely disappointed that this 4k tv did not has as good of a picture as the 720p Insignia that I already had. I immediately returned it to the store for a full refund.

Good picture quality, Not too big

Picture quality is good, and it’s not too big for my living room in my apartment. The remote is very basic and built in buttons for Prime video, Netflix, Disney and Hulu. However, the remote is not compatible with my cable.

Bestbuy would not exchange because this was outside of their 15 day return policy. I unfortunately neglected to purchase the extended warranty however a 2 month lifespan on a TV seems ridiculous.

I made a terrible mistake

Then It started shutting off . My husband said it went into sleep mode LOL. OK picture shows terrible now the so-called sleep mode is always on even when I’m watching a movie.

Just to find and app to install is cumbersome.

Crappy TV

It then needed an update. Somewhere in the update process it crapped out and would not update. Had to return to store. I would not buy Insignia again.

Some apps crash

Get other brand.
