    I recently purchased this TV and I am in love! It has a beautiful picture with deep blacks and very vibrant vivid brilliant colors. It was super easy to set up, took just a couple of minutes and was ready to go, This tv is perfect for playing video games in true 4k with HDR, this was my first time gaming on a 4k TV and the difference between 1080p and 2160p is night and day. I could of gotten a LG or SAMSUNG for a few more dollars, I had the money to do it, but something told me to chose the INSIGNIA and I am beyond glad that I did. This really is a very well made high quality TV. I will definitely be buying another INSIGNIA 4K HDR tv again in the future. This INSIGNIA 4K HDR smart fire tv is an amazing product!!!!!!! I highly recommend it to anyone who is the market for a new 4K TV. Take care and may God bless you!

    Tv lasted less than 2 years. Purchased July of 20, no longer has picture when turned on April of 22. Insignia customer service is useless. Buy a different brand

    This tv did not perform up to my expectations. The apps did not consistently work despite several tv restarts and hard resets. Stay away from this platform and do yourself a favor and choose a Roku.

    Ok as the tv got past a year old it just stopped working right as far me having to keep unplugging it so it will work i feel like my time is running out

    Bought this model and 69 days later, the problems start. Every 120 seconds or so, it makes a loud sound like glass breaking.

    I don’t recommend this tv. It worked really well for about 18 months but then it started glitching and that’s the end of it.

    This tv had terrible color and difficult to set up and to top it off was its wifi system broke down. Traded it in for a way better tv.

    Worked perfectly for EXACTLY 30 days before it wouldn't turn on again. Unfortunately, BEST BUY only offers returns with in 15 days, so couldn't return it. Very upset and disappointed!!

    It lasted 15 months. So it’s garbage now has no power and out of warranty. Not the “black screen” that you can reset, it has no power.

    The tv sound randomly stops working. Each time I’ll have to unplug the tv and plug it back up. Overall it’s a great tv especially with all of my app linked onto the tv.

    We got the certified open box. But the package was missing Legs for the tv. This was not mentioned in the production description. We found out while assembling the Tv.

    Not happy. TV could not be set up. On the screen ‘language preferences’ it froze on USA English and just stayed there, could not move the curser to anything else.
