Seems to be a decent TV. Overall picture quality is clear especially when using YouTubeTV. One star is removed for the extreme trouble it takes to put the stand together on the TV, which was designed like Insignia hates their customers. Takes way too long to put together for just one person.

As a stand alone Smart TV, this unit is quick and fast. If you are combining it with xfinity or another service, it's not only substandard, but outright unusable. Been through the ringer with techs and my own research to get it to be compatible with xfinity and I've decided to move it to another room to be stand alone. It will not sync with the remote, experiences voice lag, and reverts to the Fire homescreen vs remembering you were on the cable system. Overall not a bad smart tv, but only if you're a cord cutter.

Excellent choice I made, the pictures are very very clear. I have purchased a sound bar system to go with my smart TV.

I can navigate between my PS4 screen and listen to yourube or spotify while my game updates and switch back with no problem. The fact that theres a functional internet browser is AMAZING. If I cant find something i want to watch on my streaming apps, i go right on over to my movie website and pull it up. Browser even blocks pop ups. It barely ever acts up and exiting/reopening app solves it whenever it does. Got this b/c Roku Tv screen stopped working. Much better choice anyways.

I bought this tv in 2018. After the first few months it stopped connecting to the internet (everything else connects, computers, phones, PlayStation, etc), but not this tv... They sent out Geek Squad FOUR TIMES. It took the 4th guy to finally take the back apart and realize the part that is suppose to sensor the wifi fell off or something?? Anyways he fixed it and it was fine for a bit... Fast forward to about 6 months ago.. Same issues, would connect, then halfway through a show unconnect from the internet. We've tried system restart, etc. Called GS CS and they told me to call insignia. I was on hold for 1.5 hours, dead silence "while he found a scheduled tech to come out"... meanwhile at this point I just hung up.. I sent in an email and someone replied, and said since it's out of warranty they can't help.. makes sense, but since it's the SAME PROBLEM I HAD DURING WARRANTY that stillll hasn't been fixed, fix it... Just terrible customer service and I'd never buy or recommend another one of these tv's to anyone. The tv itself was a lemon when I got it.. and then to not even attempt to actually fix it.. sad.

Great tv. We are very pleased with the picture quality and all the extras of the smart tv.
