It doesn’t come with the power cord but it’s a great tv you have to buy the cord separately

This TV was so easy to use and a great value. I never had any issues with it until recently. 3 years later, it is starting to have problems. The picture gets shaky out of nowhere and then will go black. I have run all diagnostics and tech tips and nothing works. I will now have to purchase a new television after such a short period of time. Not happy about this! I have never had a TV go out on me so soon. Things are just not made the same anymore!

I bought this TV in 2020 and it was the best purchase I've had ! I still have it to this day and its been working just fine, no issues or complaints. I am going to buy some more in the future, different sizes too !

The picture quality is very nice, but I’ve noticed the lighting on the upper right side of the screen fades in and out. Any idea how to remedy that? Also, trying to get the feet on this TV was a hassle without a magnetic tipped screwdriver. The design needs to be rethought for sure.

I have this Smart tv for few months and I would like to give 5 stars to it because the great picture, the color, the sound, the WIFI connectivity are great, the remote is fantastic. Unfortunately, I AM SHOCKED!!, I have only install few apps and it tells me that I don’t have sufficient storage, the 4 or so GBs (Not 8 as I thought) is absolutely inconceivable, I thought I could perhaps add an external SD card to add more storage as is done with any phone nowadays, but it seems that that is not possible. So far, we reset it to factory few times and added just very few apps and that is it. What do I do now??? I really, really love this tv otherwise.

Great budget smart tv, works well for everything I need

Had the tv for for years on has 2 warranty it last the 2 year warranty then it got red marks on the tv that does come out so 2 years later i am stuck eith this broken tv no warranty aviod this tv and at the time i paid 230 for this tv wow its no good

If you’ve never owned a LED Tv, this will at first look decent. Compared to other models, it’s really subpar. I own a TCL R617 55” as my primary tv and the difference is stunning. I spend one or two wknds a month at relatives and bought this for there. Especially in picture. Some programs look barely decent, but most lack clarity, are over saturated, fuzzy, etc. I don’t watch any action/sci-fi//special effects on the insignia, only watch docus/comedies/news here. Sound, even for the very low bar of smart TVs, is also horrendous. Tinny, sibilant, etc. Plus, it’s so loud that you rarely go over 20-2. Plus, annoyingly, if you wanna mute it flashes “MUTE” and you can’t turn it off. Only positive is amazon fire, but that’s no better than Roku. And that’s negated by bestbuy’s short 15 day return policy; plus, when returning, you’ll probably have to deal with attitude and shaming by the reps there. O Ot a year after purchasing am strongly considering buying an upgrade, even for 1-2 wknds a month. Pay the extra money for a better TV if you can.

Tv works great, I purchased two more and the sound bar.

Love this tv great fun r my bedroom. I can watch my local channels and all my subscription channels.

I liked how good it looks and also it performs very well and all the apps that I like are in the tv.
