    Would give zero stars if that were an option. After 2 months of usage I have to reset to factory setting at least once a week due to the televisions inability to recognize the same internet it has been on the entire time. On occasion having to reset several times before it connects ( every other device in my home is still connected and working as they should). I would not recommend this product, unless you like to reset all of your passwords several times a week.

    Picture straight on is great! Stand in front of the tv and take one step to the side and the colors fade. Not what I hoped for.

    Good TV but be ready for it to not last

    Holds up pretty good for a while. I used this TV about 6~ hours a day since mid 2020 and maybe a month ago i noticed a backlight go out. As of now it finally croaked and it giving off a pulsing red light and won't turn on. In the time i had it it worked pretty good. Decent budget TV, looked good and supported VPN apps.

    I hate this tv. Remote id slow, loses connection to the wireless internet, then you have to restart multiple times, and it will also just randomly go to a black screen during a program and then back to the Home Screen. I’m about to rip it off the wall and never buy insignia again. Not worth the cheaper price.

    This TV only works good for probably about a year or so, but it begins to glitch. It turns itself off. It turns itself on it doesn’t work. Sometimes you have to continuously restart it. There’s a lot of issues with this. I do not recommend buying.

    Disgusting would probably be the best word to describe my experience with this product and Best Buy. My TV started flickering after one year and FIVE months after purchase. I called and spoke to a representative and this impotent human told me that I would have to pay FULL price to have any resolution to the problem. Because the warranty ran out after one year. Now, I'm not under any illusion that this product would last 100 years. But 5 months?! And Best Buy wouldn't even offer to help troubleshoot the issue without paying an additional fee! Scum. Do not buy this product or indeed anything from Best Buy. This corporation is EXACTLY the kind of reprehensible filth that popular opinion holds of such entities. My experience, after a 50 minute hold time, moved me to share the conclusion that Best Buy and possibly by extension Insignia, don't deserve the respect or business of decent people.

    Flashing Menu Screen after 3 Months

    My son bought this TV via Best Buy through Amazon in September of 2020. Now a little over three months later the TV menu flashes on, screen goes blank, then menu comes back up briefly, then the process repeats itself. Never ending loop of frustration, can no longer use the TV to select the source. Just a $250 thin brick way too soon.

    Worked fine for about 2 years. Ran out of memory all the time so kept deleting apps to download new ones. And now the screen is going black, seems like it’s cheaply made so don’t expect it to last too long. Best Buy says to contact manufacturer so I’ll probably be better off spending a bit more and buying something that lasts. Before this Tv I had a Vizio from 2011 that was still going until 2020..I gave it away after getting this tv. I do regret it since I never had any problems with it.

    Best Buy will not stand behind this product! Bought this for my son for his birthday in October 20th 2018. Yesterday the screen went very, very dim and what little you are able to still see (sitting 5 inches from the screen) is flickering every few seconds. Looked up the issue online and to my surprise, many other people have this issue. After two phone calls and a trip to Best Buy, I learned something. They don't care. One of the associates even said," these tvs are built to last 8-10 years". Well it hasn't even been 2 and a half years. I'll let you do the math. Not cool, and definitely not the best buy.

    Does not support Disney Plus App

    This TV effectively does not support the Disney Plus app. Approximately once per month, the app will allow us to get through to a movie and watch at least a portion of it, but otherwise, the app goes to an "Error 83" and does not work. We have another TV (Samsung) about 15 feet from this TV, and the Disney Plus app works just fine on that one, so we know it is not an internet issue. As a big part of our TV usage comes from our daughter watching Disney movies, the TV has almost no value to us.

    Don't Buy ThisTV!

    I received this TV as a gift for Christmas. Has been a problem since i got it. The sound on any app like Netflix is intermittently garbled and unable to understand.I have spent hours on the phone and emails with Insignia and now with Best Buy for the return. Best buy can't find the authorization from Insignia for the return and on and on this process goes. I don't write reviews but this TV is of poor quality!!!

    I purchased this TV December 23, 2018, and today it started flickering on and off. After talking to tech support, I was told that there was nothing they could do, and that I should have it evaluated by a local technician. I was then told that that could be costly, and I would come out cheaper buying a new TV.

    Terrible Television

    This is the second time I brought that this television and twice it lasted for a year. The television dies at exactly one year. If you want a long last tv, DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ONE!

    We bought this for my daughter not even 2 yrs ago & all the apts stopped working. We did all the trouble shooting we could find online & it didn't fix the problem.

    Huge sound issues. Random SUPER loud high pitched sounds all the time. Sound will get really static, bass goes completely out. Its garbage. I won't get Insignia again..
