I bought hers sight-unseen -- it's the most advanced TV in our home currently. I wall mounted it with an Insignia into-stud wall mount. I had reservations going with the store brand -- but you get an extended warranty and still have more cash in-hand than were you to go with a "brandier" brand.

TV fine, remote is dangerous

The issue is the remote, it suddenly started smelling of smoke. I picked it up and it was hot! I only thank the lord I was home. Had I been gone for the weekend it could have been very disastrous. The color is wonderful except for dark scenes, this seems to be a common issue. I actually have to plan when to watch a movie that I know will have a lot of dark scenes. Otherwise, I won't be able to see it.

Decent Inexpensive TV

I’m used to Sony and Samsung and my store location didn’t have any in stock to choose from in a 40” size so I went with this brand. It Was a little frustrating to figure out how to get the cable to change over from the fire tv, but I figured it out in settings. Color had to majorly be adjusted, which I found odd but googled it and corrected that. For the price it serves its purpose as a bedroom tv, but it’s not my favorite. Granted I’m not huge into streaming either.
