I have literally bought this TV twice. One was stolen and I loved it so much I bought another of the exact same kind. This version has a little dot in the picture that's clearly an error but the TV is sound and one of the best I have ever owned (I'm at about 15 I think). Everything you need built-in, amazing picture (except the dot on my second one) and if it is stolen Amazon can lock it so no one can use it!

Have had this for2 months. Recently had problem with remote. I would turn the tv on & off and that was it. All other remote buttons didn’t respond. Went on-line and found info about this issue. Did what they suggested and issue was solved! Thank goodness as I was almost ready to buy a new remote. Basically it was to remove 1 of the remotes batteries. Unplug the tv for 1 minute. Then put battery back in, plug in tv. Worked!

Love the TV. The picture is great. The only problem I had was setting up the remote. I actually got a second remote because I thought the first one was defective. I had to contact Insignia (who was especially helpful) to get one of them to pair to the TV. Never could get the other one to pair the Alexa feature. I have never had a problem with a Fire remote until this purchase. Other that the remote issue, I love this TV.

Picture quality is excellent. once you get the menus and settings down, a great buy for the money. audio syncing and device syncing with bluetooth speakers in multiole places .. took some digging to get it working properly. memory is a co stant problem. extremely limited internsl nemory for streaming. you will need to buy a usb stick if you use a lot if apps. For the money, you cant beat this 4k
