Bad remote control

I have changed batteries and unplugged the television. It turns the television on and off; however, the other buttons are not working. The product support website does not provide a remedy. If I can get to utilize my television without any problems, I would recommend buying one.

Nice TV outside of open box issue

The TV was for my daughter to take back to college. When we put it up, the Alexa TV remote did not pair with the TV so we could not get it to work. We had to go back to the store to get another remote which did work. Outside of that problem, the TV works great now. Lesson learned...instead of trying to save a few dollars, pay full price.
